If you're charged with a drunk driving misdemeanor offense in Antrim, Bellaire, Central Lake, Elk Rapids, Mancelona or any part of Antrim County, your case will be heard at the 86th District Court, which is located at the Antrim County Courthouse at 205 Cayuga Bellaire, MI 49615.

If you are charged with a drunk driving felony offense in Antrim County, your case will begin at the the 86th District Court for preliminary examination then proceed to the Cheboygan 13th County Circuit Court for trial.

The presiding judges in Antrim County are the Honorable Maria Barton and Aaron J. Gauthier. The prosecuting attorney in Antrim County is James Rossiter who is the elected official in charge of the Antrim County Prosecutor's Office.
